Your order will be dealt with dispatched the same day using the best quality sampling kits and reliable couriers FREE of charge.
We do not charge for storage of your samples. We also understand you may want to analyse them further, that's why we offer storage for up to three months as standard. If you wish to extend it, just call to ask.

First-Rate Quality Assurance
Chemex's independent quality assurance staff monitor laboratory performance with a rigorous program of performance evaluations and internal assessments designed to assure a high degree of data quality which achieves your project's objectives. Every single report is thoroughly checked by QA staff for compliance and possible errors and must be approved before it is issued to the client. We are also routinely audited by UKAS, GLP, US State of New Jersey DEP and clients for compliance with their laboratory accreditation regulations.

Chemex is the only UK laboratory that holds the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Quality Assurance laboratory certification. This is reviewed and renewed on an annual basis. Your US clients will appreciate this.

The Data Reporting You Need
Chemex reports results for your samples in a clear, concise format with the necessary documentation required to support its reliability. You need reliable support for your conclusions, and Chemex will provide you with a high degree of confidence in the analytical results that are critical to your decision making process. We can supply you with reports in several formats required by various regulatory agencies (i.e., Standard, Corporate or First class, Electronic Data Deliverables-EDDs, etc.). Depending upon your needs, test reports can be delivered to you by email, overnight delivery services, mail, or fax. That said, we believe the best method of delivery is as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file.
