You can count on Chemex to deliver what you want when you want it. If you ask us for 24Hr turnaround (TA) we will try our very best to comply- but we feel it is important to be honest and will let you know if we cannot deliver. Many of our clients come to us after their other laboratories have failed on quick TA or difficult analyses and often say they wished they had begun with us.

Chemex offers several preliminary data TA reporting options:

Regular Services
Chemex regular (standard) preliminary data reporting TA is 10 business days.

Expedited Services
Chemex speciality is data reporting at expedited TA’s:
Next day service (24Hr)
2 working days (48Hr)
3 working days (72Hr)
4 working days
5 working days
Note: above timescales apply for samples delivered at the laboratory before 9:00am.

Preliminary data are results checked and issued by the appropriate laboratory analyst. These will normally be an excel file and sent to the client as an e-mail attachment or by facsimile. The results are then scrutinised by Quality Assurance department for accuracy, validity or quality and a final  report is issued as soon as possible after the preliminary results, not more than 5 working days from the due date.   

Where it is possible to send the final report before the preliminary data due date Chemex will endeavour to do so.

Chemex is flexible at bespoke reporting formats. If the client would like any extra information on the results page, to make his life easier, we are very happy to do our best on meeting special requirements.
