Environmental Geochemistry Consulting

Environmental Geochemistry Consulting - Chemical, Environmental and Process forensics.

EGC is a consulting company specializing in advanced chemical fingerprinting, environmental forensic geochemistry and litigation support.
Environmental Forensic specialists link site contamination to potential contamination sources, determine possible timing of the release, identify site-specific areas of concern and model prospective allocation scenarios.  They combine the available environmental monitoring data with experimental analytical procedures and scientific principles of organic geochemistry and hydrology. In combination with a knowledge of pollutants sources and time of release to the environment and their behaviour, the biological effects in the receiving environment are presented. When applied to the investigation of spilled petroleum products, environmental forensics provides a valuable tool for obtaining and presenting scientifically proven, court admissible evidence in legal disputes concerning environmental pollution fate, behaviour and effects.

The projects at EGC are managed by highly trained, internationally recognized experts, with decades of experience in their field.

Philip W. Beall, Process Forensics Specialist - Specialist in environmental, safety and sustainability processes. Philip has over 33 years of experience including 15 years technical and management experience in refining, gas and petrochemical facilities and more than 18 years international experience in environmental, health and safety technical assessment.

Dr. Yakov Galperin, Chemical Forensics - Specialist in hydrocarbon fingerprinting and has more than 25 years of experience in environmental geochemistry.
